New Patient Information

Your First Visit

As you walk through our doors, our team will make you feel comfortable and greet you by your first name.  Your initial visit will last about one hour, during which Dr. Randol and a team member will talk with you to better understand your needs and conduct a comprehensive examination. This will include a review of your dental and medical history, an oral cancer screening, dental x-rays, periodontal charting, education on home-care and periodontal disease, a full TMJ exam including muscle palpations, and a diagnosis, if necessary.   This first, hour long visit, does not include a cleaning, unless you are a child under the age of 13.

For your comfort and convenience we offer magazines, cookies, water, tea and freshly brewed coffee in our reception area.  We also supply toothbrushes for use before your appointment.  Current selections of  music are played throughout the building and ceiling-mounted tv’s are available, for your viewing pleasure, in each operatory room.  We think you will enjoy the view of the west hills from our building, which was recently completed in early Jan. 2009.
